Elko® GuttaGard™ 15 Year Limited Warranty:

ELKO warrants that Elko® GuttaGard™ products, if properly used and installed, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of fifteen (15) years from date of purchase. If the product is defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ELKO, at its option, will either replace the product or refund the then current retail price of the product. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT MAY EXIST UNDER STATE LAW, IS VALID FOR THE LIFE OF THE WARRANTY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER IS THE CURRENT OWNER OF THE INSTALLED PROPERTY. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, IN FACT OR IN LAW, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. In no event shall ELKO be responsible for indirect, special or consequential damages.
